Colt, Nathan, and all staff at the Waukesha location are absolutely amazing! They are super friendly, time efficient, and knowledgeable with and about what they do. Any future vehicle needs, I will be back!

They helped me last minute in a bind on my way up North with a new tire, truly a life saver. Great price and extremely quick service. I was so lucky to have called them when I wasn't even sure what to do in a city im not familiar with. Im beyond grateful.

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the business. Nathan was very friendly and he got our car in the shop at the scheduled time. We had 4 new tires installed and were out in less than an hour. Everyone is very pleasant.

My daughter is in college away from home and Monro wasn't far from school, so I booked her an oil change and tire rotation. She called when the service was done and told me they did not rotate her tires, because the technician said they didn't need to because he could tell by looking at them that they were fine. I called to complain and had her go back to get the car inspected and tires rotated as this is the service that I paid for. They rotated her tires and then noted that there was a very large coolant leak from the water pump. I found this odd because the paperwork she had received noted that they had already done the safety inspection and now suddenly there was a coolant leak. They couldn't do the work there so they set her up with another location. The service manager was very helpful in getting her set up at another location. I'm disappointed in the work by the technician though the service manager tried to make things right.

They deserve 0 stars. Continued review from the capital location. This is a nightmare. Once the tires were transferred from the capitol store to this one I received more of the same incompetence. When I arrived I was told the tech that installs the tires would be right back and he ran out for smokes. 2 hours later he returned and then went behind a all to smoke he stayed there for 30 minutes. For the 2 hrs. I was waiting he other tech sat in front of the garage doors on a folding chair smoking and not doing any work on the vehicle in the garage. After 3 hours of waiting I was told by the store manager that they don’t have the part to put on the tire and it will need to be ordered. I led with the out getting the tires installed for a 4th time. I called in a couple weeks later to schedule he tire install only to hear from the store manager that the part they ordered will not work and a different part is needed. A call to cooperate did not do anything. I was told that the store manager ordered the wrong part. I called in a week later thinking they may have rectified the issue. Nope the store manager no longer works there and nobody knows about my tires. Then I’m told they don’t
